- Reservations are available through OpenTable.com for parties up to 25 guests as far as 90 days in advance.

- For parties larger than 10 guests, we highly recommend booking your reservation through OpenTable.com at least two weeks in advance.

- Due to the unpredictability of weather, we do not take reservations for our patio seating.  It is seated through our host stand via an in-person wait list and is often an excellent option for guests who looking to dine at times when reservations are fully booked.  

- If you are unable to find a reservation for you desired time, our bar top is always open seating (21+) with the full food menu available and our entire restaurant is available for open seating from 10pm-close (21+ after 10pm).

- We require a credit card on file for all reservations, and we charge a $10/person no-show fee should you fail to arrive for your reservation without making any attempt to communicate with us that you aren't coming.

- Please arrive on time.  We give a 10-minute grace period past the time of your reservation to check in with the host stand and be seated.

- In order to accurately quote wait times and to seat reservations promptly, we have a two-hour limit for dining at tables (1 hour and 45 minutes for parties of two).  This time starts at your reservation time, or at the moment that your walk-in party is seated.

- Parking is limited for our plaza and for the nearby street parking, so we recommend arriving early on weekends and high volume nights.  

- The restaurant may not be able to make last minute arrangements to accommodate additional guests on a reservation due to capacity limitations.  If the restaurant is able to accommodate additional guests to a reservation, guests should be flexible with seating arrangements.

Large parties:

- Parties of 11-25 people may now book using the publicly available settings on OpenTable.com.

- A deposit of $10/person is required to secure the booking.  This is paid through OpenTable.com and is credited towards the check on the date of the reservation.  

- The following food and beverage minimums will be enforced based on party size:  $450 for 11-15 guests, $600 for 16-20 guests, $750 for 21-25 guests. 

- Reservations are available to the public 30-days in advance.  Our ability to accommodate larger parties is greater for groups booking at least two weeks in advance.  

- For parties over 11 guests, we allot 2.5 hours of dining time.  

- Should you need to cancel your reservation, we are able to refund the deposit to the card that you charged it to. This takes 7-10 business days.  

- Food and beverage will be served a la carte, tapas-style (each dish delivered as it is prepared) with a 20% gratuity added to the check.

- The Moderne reserves the right to deny splitting the check more than three ways.  

- If the restaurant is able to accommodate additional guests to a reservation, guests should be flexible with seating arrangements.  However, guests should understand that the restaurant may not be able to make last-minute arrangements due to capacity limitations.

- Cancellations must be made at least 48-hours in advance, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.  

- We are unable to honor reservations for parties of 11-25 guests without a deposit collected through OpenTable.com

Bar Tabs and Automatic Gratuities:

- A pre-authorization of $15 will process as pending when starting a bar tab.

- A 20% gratuity will be added for parties of 5 or more.

- A 20% gratuity will be added to all unclosed credit card tabs.
