Grilled Broccolini
When deciding where to go on my bday, I picked Moderne solely because of the grilled broccolini. The sauce on this is delicious and its the perfect side dish to any of the main meals.

Green Curry Udon *NEW*
These noodles are life changing. The fact that they are so creamy without cream is insane and the spice is the perfect amount. The flavor is incredible and the noodles are such a satisfying size I LOVE THESE NOODLES.
Chilean Seabass Skewer
Never had seabass before but I'd definitely get this again! The fish was light but full of flavor thanks to the cream sauce, and the veggies on the skewer were grilled just right to bring their full flavor out.
Sticky Asian Ribs
These are sooooo good! Goes very well with the fried rice. Elite combo.

KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN (KFC)
I had the Korean fried chicken at The Moderne, and it was incredible! Seriously, it's some of the crispiest chicken I've ever had. The coating was super crunchy, and the flavors were a perfect mix of sweet and spicy. You can tell they really know what they're doing. If you like crispy, tasty chicken, you've got to try this. It's so good
