Los Siete Misterios Espadín-Tobalá Ensamble Mezcal is a unique and artisanal spirit originating from Mexico, specifically from the states of Oaxaca and Puebla. This mezcal offers a captivating taste experience, blending the flavors of two distinct agave varietals: Espadín and Tobalá. With a balanced palate, it delivers a harmonious fusion of earthy, smoky notes alongside hints of fruitiness and floral undertones. Upon opening, the nose is greeted with a rich aroma of roasted agave, accompanied by subtle herbal and citrus accents, creating an inviting sensory journey.

Crafted using traditional methods passed down through generations, Los Siete Misterios Espadín-Tobalá Ensamble Mezcal is made from carefully selected agaves, which are roasted in earthen pits and crushed using a tahona stone wheel. The resulting liquid is then naturally fermented in wooden vats before undergoing a double distillation process in copper stills.
